Corrections
If we get something wrong, tell us at [email protected] with the page address and, where possible, a photo or receipt. We reply within five working days.
Corrections that change a score, a fee figure, a shipping estimate or a factual claim are applied to the article with a dated note at the foot of the page describing what changed. Minor typo fixes are made silently. Where a reader report shows that a listing has changed batch, price or availability, we treat it as a retest trigger and re-check before the next scheduled cycle. Corrections are logged in a register we keep for two years, and we do not delete an article to resolve a dispute; we correct it in place.
